Very clean, convenient to everything, great price. The owners are very friendly and helpful, would recommend if you just need a clean comfortable place to stay no frills
Absolutely AWFUL experience.
I go into the office for my money back, and the man was just plain rude. YELLED at me when I told him I wanted my money back.
I booked this room for one night because I saw nice reviews online. I have never been so disappointed.
After he was finished telling me he was "doing me a favor" by offering to refund half, and barking at me to give him my card, we packed our things and will never go back.
2nd, we get up in the morning and the water shuts off before I can shower. The 1 owner said she called a plumber and would let us know as soon as it was fixed. After waiting around for 90 minutes we called again, and a man tells us he will give us "some kind of discount."
1st, we get in, and the room smells like a moldy basement. We got in late and did not want to bother the owner, so we opened the window and let it go. After all, the room was $57.
Clean, cheap, and friendly. Just what we needed for the night. Mattresses are a little too firm for my liking, but it's not a complaint.
The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, our room had a nice remodeled bathroom, and the Red Carpet Inn offered organic soap. A refrigerator, small microwave and ironing board are available in the room. My only suggestion would be to replace the CFL lights with softer lights. In the morning, coffee and rolls are available in the office. I found the proprietors easy to work with as I booked two rooms next to each other and checked in late with no problems.
Very nice manager and service. And although Breakfast was not included they Have complimentary coffee and pastry that makes good sense. Room was clean and place was close to every attraction in the area
